Internet Access

When using eLearning, you should use a “Broadband” internet connection. A broadband connection refers to a high-speed DSL, Cable Modem, or Satellite Internet Connection. Slower or less reliable connections such as cellular networks and dial-up telephone modems may not be sufficient to meet the online learning demands of the online program.

Systems Information

The best device for using eLearning is a laptop or desktop computer. Mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets may encounter certain limitations within eLearning. A mobile device should never be your primary device for using eLearning.

Recommended Browsers

The recommended web browsers for using eLearning are listed below in order of our recommendation:

  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer (latest version)
  • Safari for Macs (latest version)  

Please note that Windows 10 default browser is Edge, which is NOT one of the recommended browsers for e-Learning.
